I really appreciate Dr. Oh and her staff. She has treated my pets for more than 15 years. Don’t let the homey look of the office fool you. This is a full-service facility. She has saved two of my elderly cats when I had given up hope. They completely recovered. One cat is now 18! However, she sets realistic expectations and won’t pressure you to do things that have remote odds of success. I believe she cares about the quality of the lives of my pets (6 cats, 1 dog). I always get a followup text or call from Dr. Oh. She has a nice boarding facility where I leave my 16 year old dog with no worry.

This was our first visit to Abbott Animal Hospital and we are very pleased with the grooming Robert accomplished on his first time with Bear. Bear is not aggressive but is not well behaved due to our failure as trainers. I’m sure he was a hand full, so with that being said Bear looked and smelled great. We also took advantage and had his vaccinations brought up to date and Dr. Oh gave him a good checkup (other than his being over weight). Bear has found a new primary care doctor and beauty shop. Thanks to Dr. Oh, Robert, Jeff and the whole staff.

I found myself in a difficult position trying to fasten an e collar onto my feline daughter’s neck following her same day spaying procedure. She was exhausted, confused, sore and ANGRY as heck. Note the emphasis on angry is not a mistake! As a last resort, I took her to Abbott’s and the doctor and staff did not hesitate in assisting my circumstances. They were professional, patient and oh so gentle with my poor little girl and myself (As I was completely frazzled). LOL, we still weren’t able to secure the e collar on her neck but due to the sedative and additional pain reliever the doctor gave her, we were able to slip her into an infant t-shirt later that day. Thank you AAH for aiding us at a moments notice and the for t-shirt idea, which provides maximum comfort while discouraging grooming near her sensitive sutured area. ABell

I could not be happier with my cat’s neutering. I arrived a little early, did the paperwork & was on my way home in 15/20 minutes. I got a call saying the procedure went well & was told I could pick him up at 1 o’clock. The vet discovered he had worms & went ahead & treated him for them. The instructions for aftercare helped. My cat responded much quicker & jumped at his food since he had not eaten for 14 hours prior to the procedure. That evening he was playful & demanded to be let outside. He has been outside a few times because that is his nature. He is now resting and recuperating from his traumatic experience yesterday. I say this because his normal day activity is to eat & have the run of the yard. I will return for next year’s inoculations.

The doctor and staff are excellent. On my last visit, they were able to see my pet right away without an appointment and made him feel much better. Dr. Oh always follows up with a call. It is a small practice so you get personal attention. I never feel rushed. Nice boarding service too. Great “nature trail” for dog walks. Open for a few minutes on Sunday and holidays to pick up boarders. Highly recommend their dog groomer too.

Brought Romey (Australian Shepherd) in for a bath and shave down and she looks great. She seems to be much happier with your grooming. Last grooming was with another group and when we got home she was so thirsty and extremely ready for a potty break. I wasn’t happy about that plus the quality of her cut seemed to be more haphazard. We love Abbott Animal Hospital! We have been bringing our dogs there for over 10 years. This is a small office with a very personal feel to it. Dr. Oh is so kind to the humans and animals. They are a very reasonable and realistic vet and they do not try to oversell you on services or products you don’t need. They also have a nice boarding facility with a yard where they take the animals to play. It is easy to see how much the entire staff cares about their clients. They also have a groomer on site who does a great job. My only complaint is I wish I lived closer! I love them so much that I drive 10 miles from Norcross to see them.

My sister in law went to HS with Sarah and was VERY complimentary of her. When I needed a vet for our new Ragdoll cat, my SIL didn’t hesitate to recommend Sarah and the practice even though she’d never had any animals treated through Abbott. My SIL assured me that me and the cat would receive professional, fair and quality treatment. We are new dog owners this year too and our family won’t take our animals anywhere else.

I have been going to abbott animal hospitial for years, It is a very clean place and the staff is caring. I trust Dr Oh with both my dogs. I have had them boarded there and i get them groomed by Robert. Laya and Jeff are awesome and you can tell how much they care for animals. All staff are excellent.
