  • Heartworm & Tick-Borne Disease Screening
  • Urinalysis
  • Annual Core Vaccinations : Distemper/Parvo, Rabies, Bordetella and Leptospirosis
  • Complimentary Nail Trimming at each visit

One-Time Enrollment Fee of $25.00

Monthly Payments of $55.00

The Feline Adult Wellness Plan Includes:

  • 4 Physical Exams
  • Comprehensive Feline Blood Screening
  • Intestinal Parasite Fecal Screening
  • Feline Leukemia/FIV/HW Screening
  • Urinalysis
  • Annual Feline Core Vaccinations: FVRCP and Rabies
  • Complimentary Nail Trimming at each visit

One-Time Enrollment Fee of $25.00

Monthly Payments of $55.00

Care Plans are ideal for senior pets with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hyperthyroidism, kidney, liver or heart disease. Pets on medications for osteoarthritis and allergies would also benefit from regular exams and blood tests.
